Fluiid Scapes, LLC ("Fluiid Scapes," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information collected through the Platform.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.

Article I — Information We Collect

Cookies help improve Platform functionality and user experience.

The Platform also sets first-party cookies to recognize returning visitors and sessions for our own analytics.

Article II — How Information Is Used

Fluiid Scapes may use collected information to:

Article III — Builder Lead Sharing

A core function of the Platform is connecting homeowners with builders.

When a homeowner submits information, Fluiid Scapes may share information with participating builders.

Shared information may include:

Email
Telephone number
Address
Design information
Project information
Budget information
Preferences

By submitting information, homeowners authorize such sharing.

Fluiid Scapes does not sell your personal information. Your contact and design information is shared with a builder only when you direct the Platform to share it — for example, by sending your design to a builder or requesting to be matched with one.

Article IV — Communications

Users consent to receive communications from Fluiid Scapes including:

Service notices
Account notices
Billing notices
Product updates
Marketing communications
Builder communications

Users may opt out of certain marketing communications.

Operational communications may still be required.

Article V — Third-Party Service Providers

Fluiid Scapes may use third-party providers including:

Payment processors
Cloud hosting providers
Analytics and session-replay providers
Advertising and ad-measurement platforms
AI image-generation providers
Error-tracking providers
CRM providers
Email providers
Security providers
Customer support providers

These providers may process information on our behalf. The subsections below describe the processing most relevant to your privacy.

5.1 Analytics And Session Replay

We use a product-analytics service (currently PostHog) to understand how the Platform is used. This includes session replay: a reconstruction of how a visitor interacts with Platform pages during a visit, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, and the design canvas.

Session replay is configured to mask everything you type. Text entered into forms — such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses — is not captured in replays.

Analytics data is associated with your account only after you sign in.

5.2 Advertising And Ad Measurement

We advertise the Platform on third-party advertising platforms (currently Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram) and measure whether those ads work. To do this, the Platform loads an advertising pixel and sends the advertising platform server-side events: page views and conversion events.

When you load a page, we may send the advertising platform a page-view event from our servers. It carries the same information the advertising pixel collects in your browser (the page address, your IP address, your browser type, and the advertising platform's own browser identifiers when present) and no contact information. It lets us measure ad performance accurately even when the pixel does not load.

When you take a key action on the Platform (such as creating an account or sending a design to a builder), we may send the advertising platform a conversion event that includes hashed (one-way encoded) contact identifiers — such as a hashed email address or phone number — together with event and device information, so the platform can match the conversion to the ad that led to it.

We do not send your design, street address, or precise location to advertising platforms.

5.3 AI Image Generation

If you request an AI-generated visualization of your design, an image of the design (not your contact information) is sent to an AI image-generation provider to produce the rendering.

5.4 Error Tracking

We use an error-tracking service (currently Sentry) configured not to collect personal information by default. Error reports are tagged with an account identifier rather than your name or contact details.

5.5 Browser Privacy Signals

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Platform does not load its advertising pixels, does not send server-side page-view events, and does not record session replays for that visit.

The Platform does not currently respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser settings.

Article VI — Data Retention

Information may be retained:

As long as accounts remain active
As required by law
For dispute resolution
For fraud prevention
For business operations
For analytics purposes

Fluiid Scapes may retain archived backups after account termination.

Article VII — Data Security

Fluiid Scapes utilizes commercially reasonable security measures.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Accordingly, Fluiid Scapes cannot guarantee:

Absolute security
Continuous availability
Protection from cyberattacks
Protection from unauthorized access
Protection from data loss

Users acknowledge these risks.

Article VIII — Aggregated And Anonymized Data

Fluiid Scapes may create and use aggregated or anonymized data derived from Platform activity.

Such information may be used for:

Analytics
Benchmarking
Product development
Research
Marketing

Aggregated information will not intentionally identify individual users.

Article IX — Children'S Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under thirteen (13) years of age.

Fluiid Scapes does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Article X — User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request:

Access to information
Correction of information
Deletion of information
Restriction of processing

Requests may be submitted through Company contact channels.

You may also delete your account and its associated personal information at any time from the My Account page. A minimal suppression record (your email address and its opt-out status) may be retained after deletion so that marketing opt-outs continue to be honored.

If you asked us to contact a builder or to be matched with one, we also keep a record of that request as a business record of the introduction. That record can include the name, email address, phone number, and project address you provided, the design you submitted, any working copy our team made while helping with your request, and our internal notes. These records are not automatically removed when you delete your account. You may request their deletion through our contact channels.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may grant you additional rights. We honor the rights described above for all users regardless of state of residence.

Fluiid Scapes reserves the right to verify identity before responding.

Article XI — Business Transfers

If Fluiid Scapes is involved in:

Merger
Acquisition
Financing
Sale of assets
Reorganization

information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Article XII — Changes To Policy

Fluiid Scapes may update this Privacy Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
